Terms and Conditions for Cancelling and Returning Products

  • The application must be submitted within the permitted period, which is 5 days from the date of receiving the shipment from the shipping company via The following form:

  • The cancellation request must be submitted before the order is delivered to the shipping company and the form attached in the first (previous) clause.
  • Any refund request after the permitted period will not be considered and will be rejected.
  • The item must be in the same condition as it was received and unopened.
  • Products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed electronically using the same payment method after deducting any amounts due from the buyer.
  • There may be additional terms and conditions that we will inform you of before making any decision.
  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and verified to be in good condition.
  • If you order spare parts that do not match the chassis number entered in the order and you request parts insurance, you are responsible for them not fitting your vehicle. The parts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
